We don't invest in shiny websites ormarketing campaigns; we obsess over service delivery and quality.We're now hiring for someone to look after our clients and guide themthrough their journey or setting up and managing a business entity in SG.We're looking for someone with either:A strong background as a project manager, looking to move into a clientfacing role while applying their experience and attention to detail to anew field.Someone who's familiar with everything corporate services inSingapore and has worked in the field in customer success, as an accountantor a CorpSec.The RoleAs a customer success specialist, you'll work closely with thefounding team and play a crucial role in our clients' experience.You'll be the go-to person for our clients' needs, manage theiraccounts, ensure they're kept up to date on all things related to theirbusiness:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and in-depthunderstanding of their businesses and requirements.Deliver proactive guidance and support to clients on how to navigateSingapore regulations, taxes and any other back-office function withDuellix' help.Identify and resolve issues and challenges faced by clients, escalatingas needed and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the bestpossible outcome for our clients.Monitor and analyze client feedback and metrics, provide insights anduse to build FAQs, blogs and other self-service options.Up- and cross-sell to existing clients and renewalsQualifications, Experience & Key Skills:Minimum of 10 years' worth of work experience background eithera) In SG focused Corporate Services provider (in servicing role, as CS oraccountant) or b) as a project managerExcellent attention to detail and awareness of deadlines, deliverablesat all timesStrong ability to manage different teams / departments to deliver forclientsFamiliarity with SG compliance requirements a plusKeen interest in the latest tech to improve our service and automatetasks Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
