Job Description:

Balikbayad, a leading financial technology company based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required – we are looking for confident and adaptable individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns
4. Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement

Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
2. Excellent cooperation and decision-making abilities
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
5. Confidence and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry
