Job Description:

AQWIRE is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and service. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, reliable, and possesses strong communication and innovation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize the value of our services
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any concerns or feedback
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify trends and patterns
- Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to customer challenges
- Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
