Customer Success Software Developer

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Customer Success Software Developer to join our team and play

In this role, you will be joining a globally integrated software, sales, and marketing team of talented and
passionate individuals.
Job Role Responsibilities
- Sales Support:
o Client Assistance: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support
during the sales process, addressing client inquiries and helping to tailor solutions to
meet specific needs.
o Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, ensuring
that all product specifications and capabilities are communicated.
o Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical product demonstrations and training
sessions for potential and existing clients.
o Installation support: Participate in major installs to ensure all IOT devices are
working properly, software is set up for customers, and that users are trained to use
the systems.
o Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product
development team to inform future improvements and features.
- Software Development:
o Development & Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of
our SaaS platform, ensuring that it remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
o Customization: Work on client-specific customizations and integrations, adapting
our software solutions to meet unique client requirements.
o Bug Fixes: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues, ensuring a seamless
user experience for our clients.
o Collaboration: Collaborate with the product and development teams to continuously
enhance the software and incorporate new features based on customer and market
needs.
- Installation support:
o Participate in major installs to ensure all IOT devices are working properly, software is
set up for customers, and users are trained to use the systems.
Qualifications/ Skills:
Education & Experience:
? Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, quality assurance, or software
development
? Familiarity with IoT devices, SaaS platforms, and basic troubleshooting.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional Asian languages are a
plus).
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple responsibilities.
? Knowledge of the Asian market dynamics, including cultural and business practices.
Preferred Experience
? Java EE, C#, Python or other equivalent object-oriented language experience
? Angular 2+, React or other equivalent JS experience
? Web and mobile design experience
? Native and cross-platform mobile technologies experience is an asset
? Integrating with REST APIs
