### **Job Description**

Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated and proactive **Customer Success Representative** to join our team in a dynamic and rewarding remote environment. As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and work closely with various internal teams to resolve issues, provide product knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Client Engagement:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, proactively ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

- **Support & Troubleshooting:** Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through various channels including email, chat, and phone, providing timely and effective resolutions.

- **Onboarding & Training:** Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our services and features effectively.

- **Customer Feedback:** Gather, analyze, and report customer feedback to relevant internal teams, aiding in the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

- **Account Management:** Monitor and manage customer accounts and provide regular updates to clients regarding new features, services, and promotions.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay customer needs and feedback, supporting the overall strategy of the organization.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- **Customer Success Metrics:** Track and report on customer success metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.

- **Training & Development:** Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring you are able to provide informed support to customers.

### **Requirements**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles, preferably within the hospitality, gaming, or service industries.

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in customer support software and tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
