WE ARE IN NEED OF: CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER (P18,000 – P 23,000) Job Description: Customer Service (Technical Support)Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needsEnd-User TrainingCustomer Journey (Relationship Marketing)Develops Healthy Partner Relationship, evaluates and analyses partner/client needsBuild trust and transparency with partners/clientsReview partner/client complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the companyCustomizes a training course and educational materials for the partners/clientsAssists partners/clients as needed with the setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service.Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Must be a college graduate of Marketing or Business Management and other related coursesPreferably with at least 2 years related experienceHas strong knowledge and understanding of Marketing, Product/sales, PromotionsHas excellent oral and written communication skillsAble to establish or maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of workWith good analytical and numerical skillsWith accuracy and attention to details Benefits: Mandated government benefitsLife Insurance • HMO Birthday LeaveBirthday Cash GiftAnnual Shoe AllowancePaternity/Maternity AllowanceUniform SubsidyOthers
