Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and reliable Customer Success Officer to join our team at Hilton in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for customer service and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and drive revenue growth
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of customer success programs and initiatives
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer success

Requirements:
- Confident and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with a diverse range of customers
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
