### Job Description

**Overview**
San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for enhancing customer experiences.

As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to foster long-term relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met, and guiding them towards maximizing the value they receive from our products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement & Relationship Management**
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their successful adoption of our products and services.

- **Onboarding & Training**
- Assist customers during the onboarding process, providing training and support to ensure rapid and successful product adoption.
- Create and provide educational materials and resources for end-users to facilitate understanding and use of our products.

- **Customer Success Strategy**
- Develop and execute tailored customer success plans to meet individual customer goals and business objectives.
- Regularly assess customer health and satisfaction through metrics, surveys, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work collaboratively with sales, product, and support teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and resolution of issues.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to internal teams to inform product development and improvement initiatives.

- **Customer Advocacy**
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that will enhance customer success.

- **Performance Reporting**
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success and report on outcomes to management.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can drive decisions and improve the customer experience.

- **Continuous Improvement**
- Continuously develop a deep understanding of our products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Stay updated on best practices in customer success and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

### Requirements

- **Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or related role, ideally within the beverage or consumer goods industry.

- **Skills & Competencies**
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Energetic: Enthusiastic and ready to take initiative to drive customer success.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and derive actionable insights.

- **Technical Proficiency**
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and customer success software.
- Experience with data analysis tools and the ability to interpret performance metrics effectively.
