About the role

Anytime Fitness Philippines is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued members, ensuring their needs are consistently met and their fitness journey with Anytime Fitness is a positive experience.
What you'll be doing Serve as the primary point of contact for members, proactively addressing any questions, concerns or issues they may have.Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their individual goals and preferences to provide personalised support.Monitor member engagement and satisfaction, implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to resolve member inquiries and identify opportunities for improvement.Assist with the onboarding and training of new members, helping them get the most out of their Anytime Fitness membership.Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions and feedback.Contribute to the continuous development of customer success processes and best practices.What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the fitness or health and wellness industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of the fitness needs of the community.What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including FREE gym membership and discounts.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Positive and supportive work culture that values work-life balance.Discounts on Anytime Fitness products and services.About us
