Customer Success Manager in Makati

Qualifications:
• 2-5 years as Customer Success Officer/Manager in a SaaS company leading 5-10 analysts.
• 2-5 years in software implementation.
• 2-5 years of payroll experience for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of updated DOLE rules.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate implementation of client payroll rules and stay updated on DOLE regulations.
• Oversee payroll runs, data migration, and software automation for clients.
• Coordinate with clients on payroll policies and verify historical payroll calculations.
• Lead client onboarding, and HCMS implementation, and provide training for team members.
• Address client concerns, provide updates, and ensure all timelines are met during implementation.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
