Qualifications: 2-5 years as Customer Success Officer/Manager in a SaaS company leading 5-10 analysts.2-5 years in software implementation.2-5 years of payroll experience for multiple clients.Knowledge of updated DOLE rules.Advanced MS Excel skills.Willing to travel for business.Strong analytical, planning, communication, and presentation skills. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate implementation of client payroll rules and stay updated on DOLE regulations.Oversee payroll runs, data migration, and software automation for clients.Coordinate with clients on payroll policies and verify historical payroll calculations.Lead client onboarding, and HCMS implementation, and provide training for team members.Address client concerns, provide updates, and ensure all timelines are met during implementation.
