Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

United Laboratories is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to the customer success team
- Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
- Driven and reliable personality traits
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
