Job Description:

Zalora Philippines is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to ensure their success
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth
- Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any red flags
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a customer success role, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Reliable and resilient, able to handle challenging situations with grace
- Emotional intelligence and a cooperative attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
