Customer Success Manager - Account Manager

LOCATION: Manila
SCHEDULE: WFH, Dayshift (9am-6pm)

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Business/marketing or any related field5+ years in a customer-facing Account Management positionAbility to understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutionsSelf-motivated and ability to work independentlyManaging and developing relationships with clients- Top Management/CEO/CIO/COO and the likes Experience within the SaaS, E-commerce, and/or retail tech industries strongly preferredProficiency in Google Work space and Microsoft Office applications with IT Saas Sales background Responsibility: Managing and developing relationships with clientsExpand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sellExisting customer visits- HO or storesConnecting to key business executivesUnderstand customer's business issues, desired business outcomes and recommend solutions based on Contrast's best practicesAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressureExceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
