Customer Success Associate

**Position Summary**:
A customer success associate interacts with the company's customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
In addition, they deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
**Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls and inquiries
- Resolving service problems
- Suggesting information about other products
- Assisting branches to their concern
- Monitoring and assisting information on online/ assisted booking
- Documenting the branches who avails COC
- Creating and documenting report for the day

Qualifications:

- A graduate of any 4 year course
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong sense of professionalism required
