**Job Overview:**

The Customer Success Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support, ultimately driving their success and satisfaction with Humble Sustainability's products and services. This entry-level position is perfect for an adaptable and independent individual who is passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a thriving team.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Client Onboarding:** Assist in the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.
- **Customer Support:** Provide timely and efficient responses to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection:** Conduct surveys and gather feedback from clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for improvement in our services.
- **Communication:** Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure they feel supported and understood.
- **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- **Account Management:** Assist with managing client accounts by updating information and monitoring client engagement levels.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics to share with the management team.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the Customer Success team to develop strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Knowledge Base Maintenance:** Help maintain the customer knowledge base and FAQs to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Adaptable: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and environments.
- Independent: Capable of working autonomously and making informed decisions.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strategic Planning: Ability to identify customer needs and develop strategies to enhance their experience.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools (email, chat platforms, etc.).
