### Job Description

San Miguel Corporation (SMC) is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team remotely. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about customer service and dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and success. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our customers, addressing their needs, and helping them maximize the value of our products and services.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Support and Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with product-related issues, guiding them through troubleshooting processes and solutions.

- **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction levels are met.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service interactions to provide insight into customer needs and trends.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify and escalate issues that require attention.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and assist in improving service offerings.

- **Resourcefulness and Problem Solving:**
- Analyze customer issues and suggest improvements in processes or services that may enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop FAQs or knowledge base articles to assist customers and reduce recurrence of common issues.

- **Feedback Gathering:**
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights on customer experiences and suggest actionable strategies for enhancing customer success.

### Requirements

- **Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.

- **Professional Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic data analysis is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations; adept at overcoming obstacles.
- Reliable: Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to performing tasks with integrity and dependability.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and the ability to manage various customer emotions effectively.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with online communication tools and technologies (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
