**Job Description:**

As a Customer Success Assistant at Globe Telecom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and assistance throughout their journey with us. Your primary responsibility will be to help foster long-term relationships with customers, encouraging satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing valuable insights.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in navigating our services, resolving issues, and fulfilling their needs efficiently.
- **Customer Onboarding:**
- Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand our services and the best practices for effective use.
- Gather customer feedback during the initial setup and utilize this information to improve the onboarding experience.
- **Issue Resolution:**
- Actively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in collaboration with relevant departments while ensuring proper documentation of all interactions.
- Track customer issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
- **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Assist in compiling reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and product usage trends for the management team.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales and service teams to address customer needs and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance the customer success process.
- **Continued Learning:**
- Stay informed about Globe Telecom's product offerings, service updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve skills.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent (required). Further education in business or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino (or other local dialects).
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
