Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for handling the quoting, onboarding, servicing and renewals for all health insurance customers.
Role Responsibilities

Key activities
Typical measures

Outreach
- Contacting customers regarding their upcoming renewals and setting up meetings for Group Buying RDM
- Follow up with customers for needed information to quote and send it on to vendors
- Set up proposal meetings and take notes/actions

Customer Onboarding
- Take the lead in managing the customer onboarding process, from the time they confirm the quote to when they go live.
Which includes Employee Navigator setup, Smartsheet setup, creating benefits booklet, running the open enrollment, sending providers the final census and keep the group updated with the process

Servicing
- Manage all Halo inquiries and respond to each customer within 4 business hours of their request.
- Escalate any tickets that cannot be resolved to Group Buying RDM
- Reach and coordinate with providers on any questions that the group has throughout the year - billing, coverage limits, etc.
- Processing employee enrollments, terminations, and qualifying events
- Handle any compliance reporting with the group
- Answer all incoming calls to Onemedifund phone line
- Maintain all needed insurance licenses for UBT

Renewals
- Work with providers on negotiating renewal
- Prepare renewal presentation for group
- Take the lead in managing the customer renewal process, from the time they confirm the quote to when they renew.

Quarterly Reporting/Meetings
- Create presentations and set up meetings for all Onemedifund customers on a quarterly basis using the PowerPoint template
- Sending out surveys to groups to get their feedback on their Onemedifund plan
- Work with providers to get reports on savings opportunities, PBM rebates, etc.
- Take meeting notes and actions
- Take the lead in the follow up actions

- Incumbent has no direct reports.
Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organization's business processes.

- To comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.
- Responsible for performing an assessment of risk of his/her work activities, taking corrective action and preventative actions as necessary, properly using and maintaining assigned control measures and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- To participate in EH&S training programs and will take personal responsibility for his/her own safety.
- Actively support the organization's efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans

- Extensive work experience preferably from a Professional Services / Corporate environment
- Manage projects
- Manage facilities and IT environments

- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - expert level
- Strong IT skills

Expected Educational Qualifications
High school degree
Additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus
