**JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage incoming chats from client's customers
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Identify and assess customers' needs to drive satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right tools
- Resolve customer problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Record customer interactions accuracy and timely
- Go the extra mile to engage customers

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
Abide by and perform to the best of his/her abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;
2.
Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;
3.
Will not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Company to any unauthorized person;
4.
Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any Company representative from time to time either through direct written order or by verbal assignment.
