Job Description:

Resellee, a cutting-edge e-commerce company, is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, with an entry-level seniority level and requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in interactions with customers
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Use emotional intelligence to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
