Job Description:
Zalora Philippines, a leading online fashion retailer, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency- Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and account inquiries- Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Motivated and hardworking attitude- Excellent analytical skills- Strong teamwork skills- Excellent communication skills in English- Ability to work remotely and independently- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace- Proficiency in MS Office and other customer service software
