Customer Service Specialist - International Airline Account

Details of the offer

Completed at least 1 year in college
-Airline experience of at least 6 months
-Required to have experience using GDS or reservations and ticketing tools. (Web-based tools or the website of the account is not considered).
-Customer Service Experience of at least 1 year (including the 6 months Airline Experience in the count)
-Channel Experience in Phone or Chat/Email. Multi-channel experience is preferred.
-Strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems & recommend solutions
-Strong verbal and written English communication skills
-Amenable to work in rotating shifts
-Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Salary package up to 30k
