Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

1. Monitor customer complaints across all platforms that the brand/company is using (Lazada, Shopee, META, TikTok, and Own Web).
2. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
3. Identify customer needs and wants on a specific brand also to help customers/consumers with their purchased products.
4. Analyze and report product malfunctions to the team or concerned departments to prevent further dislikes over the brands that they are representing.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues or concerns are resolved respectively.

Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- TESDA NC II (Customer Services)
- TESDA NC II (Contact Center Services)
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Can work with less supervision and be trustworthy as he/she will be trained to represent the brands.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in using CRM.
- Great communication skills.

Work Schedule: On-site, Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Rest Days: Two rest days per week, on a shifting schedule (no fixed days).

Work Location: Lopez Jaena Street, Marikina, Manila.
