JOB REQUIREMENT:
?Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
?At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
?Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
?Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
?Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? In charge of providing outstanding customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed commercial banking customers.
? Recognize and meet the needs of both present and future clients while abiding by banking regulations.
? First phone call for customers who require immediate upkeep and assistance for a variety of commercial banking products
? Work together with stakeholders to address a client's issue.
?Other task as assigned
