Duties and Responsibilities:
? Received calls from expansion partners.
? Assist and resolve all calls.
? Encode all call data.
? Encoding on accounting system
? Handling customer service and/or complaints.
Qualifications:
? Must be college graduate (4-year course)
? No experience needed.
? Must be computer literate.
? Have good communication skills.
? Can work with minimal supervision.
? Can communicate in english and/or filipino.
? Willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule
