Job Description Handles simple to complex in-bound calls from our clients/financial professionals andanswers questions regarding their life or annuity product and/or servicing needs Processes routine non-financial transactions and documents records with consistent quality, attention to detail, and according to department policies and procedures
Investigates and follows up on questions to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner
Accepts ownership of the interaction and provides a high caliber of service and followthrough
Minimum Qualifications Filipino SHS Graduate, Associate degree graduate or completed at least 2 years (4 semesters) in college Good English communications skills With at least 2 years experiece as financial advisor/planner or CSR with solid knowledge of different annuity plans and products Amenable to work on night shift Willing to work in Pasig (Ortigas Avenue) Feel secure when applying: look for the verified icon and always do your research on a company.
