Customer Service Specialist

1.
Achieves competence on the products and features, system functionalities, company policies and procedures and excellent customer service orientation, pertinent to the products and services of the company, subsidiaries and business partners.

Ensures that standards and/or performance metrics are consistently met, if not exceeded

Handles and manages calls, and other correspondences and other technical services from clients regarding inquiries and concerns on products, services and other related matters based on established guidelines and performance standards 4.
Educates clients of correct procedures regarding products and services.
5.
Provides support to cross-selling activities through promotion of marketing programs/initiatives.
6.
Performs anti-attrition efforts at all times and endeavor to retain customers.
7.
Provides feedback to clients regarding progress of an inquiry, request, complaint.
8.
Refers or escalates calls in a prompt and professional manner when appropriate 9.
Coordinates with other business units to ensure immediate and timely feedback to clients

10.
Facilitates preparation of departments reports by tracking the nature of clients' concerns received within the day using specified work codes, reporting system irregularities etc.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
