Customer Service Specialist - Erp

Job Description The Customer Service Specialist - ERP will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing sales orders in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with sales order management processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage sales orders from entry to delivery using the ERP system (e.g. SAP).
• Review any pricing and promotional offer discrepancies and coordinate with sales, management, and customer for resolution
• Liason for customers, sales brokers, sales teams, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and 3PLs
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer and internal inquiries via email, phone, or other channels (e.g. Microsoft Teams).
• Manager service issues and understand product allocation policies across customers
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers' issues
Qualifications:
•Effective communication - written and verbal, great critical thinking skills, excellent attention to detail, analytical skill set, cross-functional team player, ability to multi-task
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or related field, Consumer Packaged Goods industry and US Retail experience is preferred
•ERP systems - high proficiency and thorough understanding of the end-to-end business process (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Navision/Dynamics, etc.)
•Microsoft Excel and Office Suite - intermediate to advanced (ability to run analytics and create dashboard)
