? Willing to attend Face-to-Face Interview.

? Ensure quality and quantity of calls are observed in resolving customer care needs.
? Responsible to handle customers complaints and provide solutions.
? Respond and handles all customer questions and inquiries.
? Provide guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service.
