This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Social Media Supervisor at CARRYBOY in Metro Manila. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations on social media platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support interactions, and implementing customer service strategies.

Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
