**Location / Shift**
Clark Office, Morning Shift
We are looking for a Customer Service/Sales & Admin Support who will create the necessary paperwork needed - i.e.
preparation of work orders in Tall Emu CRM software / Myob Account Right / Induction Platforms etc.
**Responsibilities and duties include**:
- Contact customers to arrange service bookings
- Provide professional and accurate communication to customers and colleagues
- Plan and map the Service Technician's schedule for each day/week
- Manage service bookings calendar
- Liaise with Service Technicians
- Maintain accurate data and detailed notes in CRM
- Working in a team environment, supporting colleagues and collaborating well with all staff
- Cover Reception / Office All-Rounder duties when required
- Assist in preparing marketing material I.e., formulating a catalogue and producing product data sheets if provided the images and product information.
Also, implementing price rises etc.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of scheduling solutions
- Customer service experience and a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Good time management and organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, quick thinker, results and solutions orientated mindset
- Attention to detail, flexibility & a positive ''can do'' attitude
- Ability to work as a team player and independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sound data-entry skills and a medium-high level of IT competency and a natural aptitude to learn new systems and processes
- Inventory Management experience and experience in the Water Filtration Industry
