Customer Service Representatives for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift)
English SpeakersJapanese Bilingual Responsibilities: Manage incoming phone callsIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customers Qualifications: Preferably with at least 6 months of CSR experienceFor Japanese Bilingual position - with at least 6 months experience as CSR-Japanese BilingualMust have Zendesk CRM experienceExcellent verbal and written English Communication SkillsAverage Typing Speed of 45-50 WPMKnowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plusExcellent and able to Multi-task on the following:
Answering email inquiries, able to do Inbound Calls and Outbound Calls for callbacks
Knowledge using Microsoft Excel FilesTeam player and able to work with less supervisionGood problem solver & with a positive attitudeWell-organized, Responsible, and has InitiativeMust be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidaysWilling to start immediately
