Customer Service Representatives - Taguig (No Experience)

Overview:We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide routine phone support to clients in a dynamic call-center environment. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service under regular supervision.Responsibilities:- Respond to customer requests and calls related to specific programs and products.- Identify and address customer needs following client-specific procedures.- Resolve issues and deescalate irate or dissatisfied customers.- Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary.Qualifications:- At least High School Graduates - Without BPO Experience (6 months BPO Experience is Preferred but not Required) - Willing to work onsite at TAGUIGSalary and Benefits:- Competitive Salary with Allowances and other benefits
