Customer Service Representatives - Nueva Vizcaya

We are currently looking for Customer Service Representative to the join the team at Nueva Vizcaya!

Job Summary:
- Assist clients, customers and vendors with inquiries, orders or questions over the phone.
- Identify and assess customers' needs.
- Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills
- With 6 months BPO Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and typing skills
- Willing to work ONSITE at Nueva Vizcaya

Compensation:
- 15k-22k
