Product Education: Be the go-to resource for educating customers on newfeatures and updates, driving engagement, and maximizing software utilization.Minimum Qualifications? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management,or related fields is preferred.? Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and software solutions, particularlywithin the vacation rental or hospitality industry.? Possess excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach,ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.? Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, or similar technologies is adefinite plus.? Ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, concise solutions thataddress customer needs effectively.? Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams.? MUST speak English fluently. Additional Languages are a HUGE plus!? Must be comfortable working on camera with virtual teleconferencing tools.? Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, present and offer products fromclient's portfolio?
