Customer Service Representatives Cebu Dayshift!

**Customer Service Representatives** communicate with customers and are often the "voice" of their company in that role.
They field inbound and outbound calls, help answer questions and solve customer problems, often on a wide array of topics.
They are essential to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answer incoming and outgoing calls promptly from customers with inquiries on product orders
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing the products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- University/college degree is an asset but not required
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems is a plus
- Previous experience, especially in a particular industry, preferred
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
