Customer Service Representative - Work From Home

Responsibilities: Call leads to schedule client appointments.Follow up with leads until appointments are confirmed.Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospects.Use scripts to present value and handle objections.Update CRM with relevant details after each interaction.Manage and coordinate the appointment calendar. Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English.Comfortable with phone calls and using call scripts.Strong customer service skills and good listening. Device Specification:
CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
Windows or Mac is acceptable
At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available

Network Requirements:
10 Mbps DSL/Fibr Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
