About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at TECHNODREAM WEB DESIGNS INC. & DREAM WEBWORKS CREATIONS INC. in Baguio City, Benguet. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including chat and social media management.
What you'll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via chat, email, and social media platforms
Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
Manage and engage with customers on our social media channels, including responding to comments and messages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team
Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably with exposure to chat and social media management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of diverse customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
Proficient in using computer software, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Familiar with popular social media platforms and best practices for customer engagement
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
