Job description
Customer Service Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Issue Resolution: Product Knowledge: Order Processing: Customer Feedback: Bookkeeping Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
Record all financial transactions, including sales, receipts, payments, and invoices
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and complete
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable by reviewing and processing vendor invoices and payments
Handle accounts receivable by preparing and sending invoices to customers, and following up on outstanding payments
Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage delinquent accounts
General Ledger Management:
Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
Financial Reporting:
Prepare regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making by management
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to management
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
Maintain organized and secure financial records and documentation for audits and inspections


Qualifications:

Proven experience (1+ years) in customer service and bookkeeping roles
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
Integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
