About the job Customer Service Representative (Voice) Speak Success into Every Call: We're hiring Customer Service Voice Representatives to be the voice of excellence.Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Others: Rate: 150 PHP/hour HMO: After 6 months Work set-up: Office-based Weekly workload: 40hrs/week Key Responsibilities: Professionally handle a volume of incoming calls, ensuring each customer receives prompt and effective resolution. Act as a knowledgeable resource, providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. Document customer interactions and details accurately in our system for future reference. Strive to meet and exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role specifically calls Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication is essential for success in this role. Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to evolving customer service processes. Proven ability to analyze information, identify issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. Basic proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
