Act as a knowledgeable resource, providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. Document customer interactions and details accurately in our system for future reference. Strive to meet and exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role specifically calls Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication is essential for success in this role. Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to evolving customer service processes. Proven ability to analyze information, identify issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
