Scope & Responsibilities: Outbound calls and email support to international customers.Assisting customers with product or service inquiries over the phone and through email.Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions.Collaborating with other customer service representatives and departments to address customer needs efficiently.Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (for the old curriculum) or Senior High School diploma or equivalent (for the new curriculum).At least 1 year of experience in a BPO voice role within an international environment.Willing to work onsite at the Cubao/UP Town Center office.Available to start as soon as possible. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales, upselling, healthcare, financial services, or managing blended accounts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
