Customer Service Representative (Voice Agent) - Can

US Healthmark is urgently in need of **Voice Agents** for a **US-based Health Insurance Account.
**

**Responsibilities**
- Take inbound calls to verify member's eligibility
- Request to fax member's eligibility information to providers
- Take calls to provide claim status
- Request to send EOB, Check tracer via fax or mail
- Request to send Denial letters to providers via fax or mail
- Live Claims (ambulance/Laboratory/Physician/Radiology)

**Job Requirements**:

- Completed at least two (2) years of college education
- Must have good English communication skills
- Must be detailed-oriented
- With working experience in BPO industry is an advantage
- Can type 36WPM with 95% accuracy
- Willing to work in night shift / shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in Clarkview, Angeles City, Pampanga

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
