Customer Service Representative Urgent

**Job description**
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests before providing accurate information about the company.
- Interact and provide assistance to walk-in or over the phone customers in the absence of the assigned sales person; support in terms of proposals, follow ups, setting of appointments, collection and machine and beverage demonstration.
- Ensures all client concerns are attended and accomplished.
- Monitor and execute telemarketing and prospect client's status from saturation and events.
- Responsible for updating and filing documents of all existing and new client (ADF & Contracts).
- Assist in events and seminars that concerns customer service and selling.
- Tracking and reviving dormant account.
- Conduct yearly customer survey every last quarter of the year.
- Conduct client visit twice a month.
- Assist and coordinate to Sales per territory (SRF, MRS etc.)
- Other tasks/ activities which may be assigned by superior, in relation to the job role.
