Customer Service Representative (Up To 30K Plus Allowances)

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

CSRs with at least 1 year CSR experience in an Insurance OR Finance OR Health account (combined should be acceptable too, e.g.
6 months in Insurance account and 6 months in Finance account totaling to 1 year overall)
Employment Type: Regular Hire
Amenable to work in Gateway Cubao and Alabang site
Open to undergraduate with relevant work experience
Work Background/Experience in General: Must be open to BPO & Non-BPO Experience

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
