About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at IGT Technologies Philippines, Inc. in our Pavia Iloilo location.
As a Customer Service Representative (Travel Account), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the travel industry.

What you'll be doing

Handle inbound calls from customers and provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on any outstanding issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions
Proficiency in data entry and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel industry
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
