Customer Service Representative Tier 2

On behalf of Supportware Philippines, you can discuss and explore current job opportunities within Helpware.  Position Summary The Customer Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact to customers and must be focused on providing excellent customer experience at all times. In addition, this person must have confidence to make quick and accurate decisions, use independent judgement on unfamiliar customer needs, foster great customer relationships and have the ability to determine when inquiries should be escalated.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be located in the Philippines. Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig or IT Park, Cebu City, Philippines. Must have good English Communication Skills both written and verbal. Can type at least 30 wpm. Must be willing to work on graveyard schedule, shifting, and holidays.
