This role will focus on driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

- Responsible for providing assistance to clients who have queries, grievances, issues, or who wish to make a purchase of a good or service.
What are we looking for?
- With at least 6 months Call Center Experience
- At least SHS Graduate
- Communication is Above Average to Excellent
- Amenable to Work On-site
