CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
About the Job:
- On time order entry of all orders, RMA, CFA, DSR and required order changes by customers.
- Proactive customer alert on changes to orders ship dates.
- Timely response to customer concerns.
- Digi-Key Long Tail (Bookings/Review/Reports) process management.
- Handles samples request for internal and external customers.
- Coordinates internally with concerned department on behalf of customers and closes the requirement.
- Performs other duties assigned from time to time
**About you**:
- College diploma or equivalent, Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent
- With 5 to 7 years of related work experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with SAP preferred
- High attention to detail
- Willing to work in Taguig
