Customer Service Representative (Super Urgent) Direct Hire

Job Responsibility:
? Attends to Healthcare's general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availment's thru the 24/7 Hotline.
? Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Healthcare Members thru the 24/7
? Hotline.
? Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
? Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:
? Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
? Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
? With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
? With good communication skills.
? Willing to work on a rotational shift.
? With Computer/Desktop equipment.
? With good internet connection


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
